Mindfulness

Mindfulness will help you manage your emotions, become present in the here and now, cope better with life challenges, improve attention and focus, improve the relationship you have with yourself and others and be happy with life.

Mindfulness will help you live with loving kindness and compassion and live without judgement.  It is not about getting rid of your thoughts, but being aware of them with love and acceptance.

By living mindfully you will be aware your your feelings, emotions, thoughts, experiences (internal and external) and use them as a guide so you can them manage them more effectively rather than being out of control.  Mindfulness can help you see a situation more clearly and take appropriate action and/or response.  It will also help you maintain stability and focus.

You don’t have to meditate to learn mindfulness, but it can be learned while walking, cooking, cleaning shopping, etc.  It is easy and best established with practice.
