Welcome to my counselling and psychotherapy services where I have helped my clients years improve their mental health, interpersonal behaviour, social skills, ability to relate with self and others and manage conflict.
I helped clients achieve change through therapeutic modalities and use an individualised approach. Modalities include emotion-focused cognitive behaviour therapy, inner child work, visualisation, emotion focused therapy (EFT), focusing and the person-centred approach.
I provide my clients with a supportive environment to talk about challenges, help them safely share their story, explore new opportunities, express and manage feelings and thoughts, and provide an opportunity for clients to identify solutions to problems by working in partnership with them.
