Best Practice for Employee Engagement


A program designed to increase feedback from staff members, reduce uncertainty, extinguish negative behaviour, enhance organisational health and monitor interpersonal processes.

Data should be collected regularly (at least once a month to three months) to measure attitude, positive and negative behaviour, interpersonal process, psychological well-being and goals.

More than one data collection should be used. 

A comprehensive survey should be administered annually to monitor staff feedback as attitude changes regularly.

The issues addressed should be important to the staff members to attend to critical areas in the organisation.

A consultant works as a catalyst to help overcome barriers by clarifying and reflecting the view of the individuals participating in the program to management.
